We are looking for people to help organise the event and to assist on the day. If you are interested in helping, then look at Volunteering.
We also want contributors in a wide range of areas.
To help us plan the event efficiently we need to have details of proposed activities as soon as possible; indeed space will be limited so book in early to avoid disappointment!
If you want to make a definite booking then look at the list of activity areas, choose the one that fits and then make an application.
If, at this stage, you just want to indicate interest before making up your mind finally, then make an expression of interest.
