Whatever type of activity you want to offer, please complete an 'Application to Participate' form.
To do this download the Adobe Acrobat document from here - complete the form and return it to us.
Please print it out and complete it by hand then please send it surface mail to:
(Please note that if you want to volunteer to help in any way you don't need to make an expression of interest, just go to the Volunteering page.)
Once you have agreed in principle to participate you will be asked to confirm that you will abide by the rules for participants. Please have a look at the Information for Exhibitors, Stallholders and Participants document now. To do this download the document from here.
When you are asked to confirm that you will abide by the rules then you should complete the last page of this document. You can complete it as a word document and email it as above, or complete it by hand and surface mail it as above.

If you intend to bring any electrical equipment or you require electricity please download the Electrical Equipment Notification and Electricity Request Form from here.
